Eddie Bell—Symposium Founder

One of the most familiar faces in the jewelry industry, Eddie Bell is the Director of Technology for Rio Grande, one of the largest and most diversified suppliers to the jewelry industry. Like his father before him, Eddie has a passion for the craft and a drive to share his knowledge and expertise with those who have the same passion. His conviction that the jewelry industry benefits exponentially by such sharing led to the first Santa Fe Symposium®. Twenty-six years later, the Symposium remains the premier educational forum for jewelry manufacturing technology worldwide.

Meet leading experts in jewelry manufacturing technology, from Santa Fe Symposium® mainstays such as Jurgen Maerz of Jewelry Industry Consultancy to exciting new speakers such as Dr. Ilaria Forno of Politecnico di Torino. Each presenter—23 in all—is dedicated to the jewelry industry and eager to share their knowledge, research and techniques with the Symposium.
