This paper will give a brief overview of what Argentium® is as well as scientific definitions of fusing, colloidal soldering and eutectic blends. Fusing and other intriguing aspects of Argentium will be covered. The fusing ability, anti-tarnish properties, color, malleability and cost of some so-called "tarnish-resistant" alloys will be discussed. In addition, unique enameling properties of Argentium and things that can go wrong with it will be explored.
